Costs and timeframe

As a rule (i.e., for resellers sourcing their products from established German wholesalers), I charge a flat fee of EUR 750 (net) for the opinion. You will usually receive the opinion for approval no later than two business days after receipt of payment.

For the legal opinion, also referred to as a “legal opinion,” I require certain information from you. If you are a retailer and not also an importer, you can provide this information using the following form. Submission of the form constitutes the engagement for the preparation of a legal opinion for PayPal regarding the legal compliance of your online trade in electronic cigarettes and refill containers in the Federal Republic of Germany. The fee for the completed legal opinion is EUR 750 (net). Please note that data transmitted by email or via the form is unencrypted and may, in principle, be accessible to third parties.
